This Thomas Y. Crowell Company edition, printed by the National Process Co., has the art of Willy Pogany, a George Saintsbury introduction, and a nice dust jacket. It contains the first and fourth edition text.
It is seemingly quite similar to this edition on the inside. This one is black and white except the color plates and is of a different printer.
My copy is missing the frontispiece art, which I assume is the same on that other edition.
There’s black and white art on the endsheets/flyleaf on both the front and back sides of the book. The art looks to be the same on both front/back.
Pg. 90 states that the rendering was “included by permission of Messers Macmillian and Co. Ltd, the owners of the copyright.”
